Orders Not Appearing
Check: 1) Is the POS platform connected? (Settings page) 2) Is the webhook URL configured in your POS dashboard? 3) Check the /Omnitopia/health endpoint for service status. 4) Review recent toll entries on the Tolls page — if tolls are captured, orders are flowing.
Toll Data Looks Wrong
Toll rates are configured per-platform in the OmnitopiaTollConfig. Direct integrations use $0.15/order, middleware uses $0.18/order. If numbers look off, check Settings to verify which platforms are connected and their configured rates.
Dashboard Shows No Data
New accounts need order data to populate projections. Process at least 10-20 orders through any connected platform. The analytics engine projects from sample data, so more history = more accurate projections.
Billing Issues
Check the Billing page for subscription status. 'past_due' means a payment failed — update your card in Stripe. 'trialing' means you haven't completed checkout yet. Contact support at /Omnitopia/Support for billing disputes.
